Biography
After building a designer cake business from the ground up using mostly organic ingredients, culminating in an appearance on the Food Network Channel, I decided to take off my toque and turn to my other love of real estate.
One of my main passions has always been environmental issues, as well as humanitarian and animal welfare causes, which I have championed throughout my life, so it seemed only natural to find my niche in the in the green real estate market.
My dedication to making real changes in this world are reflected in my qualification as a Certified EcoBroker®. With my focus on green housing, I can help guide my clients in making more ecologically sound choices, as well as create an edge in today’s market by strategically marketing your green home to a select and well researched target group.
I view my foray into green real estate as an extension of how I have chosen to live my life - my core values and beliefs. My desire is to integrate full circle my commitment to helping humanity and the environment into the growing sphere of my professional life as well. With this blog, I hope to help educate the general public about green homes and what that means, as well as to provide resources and tips that can help us all create sanctuaries that are healthier for ourselves, our families, and the environment.
